Parsley
Cilantro
Red onion (or white)
Red wine vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice

While there are many reasons you might be experiencing back pain, tightness in your quadratus lumborum (QL) is a common one especially if you spend hours sitting.

When you sit for long periods, the QL muscle in your lower back can become tight and overworked. This often leads to stiffness, poor posture, and low back pain.

Your body was made to move! So if you’ve been sitting for a while, consider this your friendly reminder to stand up, walk around, and get your steps in. Even small movement breaks throughout your day can make a big difference in how you feel.

Ladies, 1200 calories is simply not enough to support a strong, healthy body, let alone build muscle!
(That’s the recommended intake for a small child, not a grown woman)

If your goal is to build muscle your body needs fuel. Calories aren’t the enemy. They are energy. They give your body what it needs to function, recover, and grow.

If you want to grow muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus, not an extreme deficit. Your body deserves to be fueled with love and intention, not restriction.

Seeing so many of our Fierce Lioness babes come together for this 5K was nothing short of beautiful. For a lot of us (yes, myself included), this was new BUT GUESS WHAT? We did it.

This is why I’m beyond grateful for what we’ve built. Women supporting each other, stepping outside their comfort zones, and proving to themselves that they’re stronger than they think. This is what Fierce Lioness is all about 🦁

A huge thank you to the Elizabeth Police Department for putting together such an incredible event and allowing us to be a part of it. It was an honor to be involved and to witness such an amazing community come together!
